Everything was awesome except a few things in the tank. There was drips from the roof of the tank that kept hitting my face, the water didn't stay a consistent temp and the water didn't have enough salt to keep me totally buoyant (although I am a bigger person so that could be a part of it)

It's the experience you hold space for. I'm Pretty autonomous. Love the lay out with the chamber; from beginning to end. The space to bathe, culture of quiet or silence encouraged. Cleanliness is a win. The staff are welcoming. The only offer is a place where the space can ventilate after getting out of tin and washing off. Tends to be humid; challenge putting on lotion before I exit. I tend to prop the door open as I finish dressing. Maybe a vent can be placed in door to open and close for circulation. I also haven't asked if they're is ventilation already in the rooms.

I gave a 10, because of Kim's knowledge, techniques and her educating me on what and why she was doing things and things I can do to improve my situation. With that said, there are some improvements you can make. A warm welcome would be nice. I was greeted with indifference. The front desk gal finally came around after I was there for awhile. It took perhaps 10-15 minutes before I was asked if I'd filled out the appropriate forms and if I'd like a drink. I arrived very early. This would have been a perfect time to shine to a new client. Offer a drink. Perhaps a brief tour and explain about your many services. I do plan on returning to see Kim and try your other services. I have been tell my friends family and clients about Kim and my interest in your other services. I've left out the not so stellar first impression, because I believe with a bit of coaching with your staff, all will be amazing. Thank you. I look forward to visiting again very soon

You have wonderful staff. I feel the facility itself needs work. There is a moldy smell and everything needs to be refurbished in my opinion. Fantastic relaxing experience. The feeling of peace flows over you when all you can hear is your own breaths. I recommend total darkness and move your legs back and forth to create a gentle rocking motion.

I went to FLO2s for a infrared sauna session to help relieve body aches. I have been in a infrared sauna before and had beneficial results but not like the one in FLO2s. All saunas are not made the same. When I got home I felt so much better and the relieve carried over to the next day. Previous sessions from other saunas were not as effective or short lived unlike FLO2’s. Inside the spa it’s really comfortable and quaint. The staff is accommodating and polite. Also the price was fair for the services rendered. I will definitely be coming back!

Really enjoyed my first visit. I was nervous at first but they eased my fears by explaining everything. The facilities are nice, clean and welcoming. Theywithin 40 minutes. The last hour seemed to fly by. I'm not sure why but I slept so well when I got home. At least 9 hours of straight sleep. Looking forwardprovide everything you need. The tank is warm and dimly lit or you can have it totally dark. I tried both. I was able to get into a deep meditative state

I had an amazing experience at FLO2S. Being claustrophobic, I was nervous about doing this, but it wasn't bad at all! You are always in control and can get out anytime if you feel uncomfortable I highly recommend this deeply spiritual, healing and meditative experience!

We cannot believe how much we were able to completely relax after only a few minutes. We were so deep in that state that our relaxation and lack of pain continued through the next day. This is only day one after, and I do not doubt this feeling will last for sometime. When life stresses return us to a state of raised shoulders and tension, I look forward to returning.

After hearing much about sensory deprivation tanks from personalities like Joe Rogan, I had been very interested in trying it. I was unfortunately unable to find a place that provided the service in the area for quite a while. Fortunately my wife did recently and purchased several sessions for me as a gift. It was quit an experience. I experienced relaxation and meditation in a way that I never had before. Before long I found myself asleep, but even then sleep seemed different because I was not tired to begin with. I awoke feeling incredibly rested and centered in a way that normal sleep or rest has not provided me. The warm, friendly service provided by the staff and the quaint, quite atmosphere of FLO2S were also wonderful and a perfect compliment to the flotation experience. I can't wait to do my next session!
